The same year the men of Novgorod went to a conference with the Germans, but did not take peace.
And the men of Novgorod went to war with Pskov, and the men of Pskov beat with their foreheads to Novgorod and took peace ; and they returned from [the village of] Soltsa.
The same autumn there was a great plague in Novgorod. And this was the symptom in people : a swelling would appear, and having lived three days [the man] would die
Novgorod. The same winter the Church of St. Dmitri in Danislav Street was burnt down with all the images, and books and all the church stores, and very much property was burnt, for the fire took on rapidly.
