The Tsar killed Knyaz Mikhail of Tver in the Horde and gave the title of Veliki Knyaz to Yuri, and gave over to him Mikhail's son Kostyantin and his Boyars. And Knyaz Yuri sent his brother Afanasi to Novgorod.
